I am currently a fourth year marketing student at The Business School at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. I have learn't several general areas in business including in all specific areas of marketing. I have a tremendous amount of customer service through my several years of work experience. Throughout my years in the program so far at Humber I have learn't extensive knowledge marketing wether that be digital marketing, brand management, operations management, retail operations management, financial management, HRM, and all basic knowledge across all general business related aspects in the business field that are required. I am hoping to pursue a career in the sports marketing industry or, at least in some type of capacity in marketing wether that be something else like consumer goods or anything else in the near future once I finish school.

Game day box office ticket seller for all Toronto Blue Jays home games. Assisting customers with exceptional customer service by selling tickets and answering any questions or concerns that they might have. Knowledge on how to use Ticketmaster PCI system obtained through the position.
SDI MKTG, Sales Rep/Brand Ambassador

In the Sales Rep position I worked both on my own and with a team selling PC Financial MasterCard's at Presidents Choice grocery stores such as Loblaws, No Frills, and more. Skills used through the position is improving my exceptional customer service and to have great patience with customers. In the Brand Ambassador position I was administering beer tasting at Beer Stores and LCBO's by serving customers beer samples of Molson and Coors products along with a food pairing as they each enter the store. Skills used throughout this job was pleasant interaction with customers and brand/product promotion.
North Toronto Baseball Association, Umpire

Throughout my many years as an umpire reaching the high certification of a level 3 Baseball Ontario Umpire I was umpiring some of the most competitive levels of baseball for kids aged 8-17 from various competitive levels ranging from house league but mostly A/AA/AAA as those are the highest competitive levels of little league baseball in Ontario. Skills used throughout this job was developing strong leadership skill by facilitating games as well as time management skill.

I am currently in my fourth year of the Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing program at Humber. Throughout my studies so far I have obtained business knowledge from all areas from HR, management, accounting, economics, marketing, and much more. I have learn't extensively in marketing learning about many aspects whether that be digital marketing, international marketing, marketing research, and much more. With my studies at Humber I have learn't the must know hands on knowledge of the industry for professors who have an incredible amount of experience and knowledge of the marketing profession.
